30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to love your TrendNest purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your statutory right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, without giving an explanation. To exercise this right, contact us at support@trendnest.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.

Our extended 30-day policy

We extend this window to 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all accessories included

How to request a return

  1. Email support@trendnest.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately at support@trendnest.co.uk with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including any return postage where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit during return.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Items returned after 30 days of the delivery date
  • Items not in their original condition or missing original packaging
  • Items damaged through misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please first check with your bank. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@trendnest.co.uk.
