Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with TrendNest. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About us

TrendNest is an online retail store operated as a sole trader business based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@trendnest.co.uk. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

2. These terms

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through trendnest.org.uk. They do not affect your statutory rights under UK law. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colours and details will be perfectly accurate. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative, a store credit, or a full refund.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by law. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if this occurs.

5. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the product at the stated price. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide when placing an order — including your delivery address and contact details — is accurate and complete. We cannot be held liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by you.

6. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payment information is processed securely. We do not store your full card details.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation, but these are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs processing, carrier delays, and peak periods.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to your specified address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply.

8. Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason, without charge. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at support@trendnest.co.uk within the 14-day period.

Our full returns and refund procedure is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day returns window.

9. Consumer rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your product is faulty, not as described, or does not work as expected, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. These rights are in addition to any other returns rights we offer and are not affected by these Terms of Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrendNest's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits, or damage to property, unless caused by our negligence or that of our employees.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Intellectual property

All content on trendnest.org.uk, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of TrendNest or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at support@trendnest.co.uk. We will always try to resolve issues fairly and promptly. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer it to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme or contact the Citizens Advice consumer helpline.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
